A reading tracker that tells you how you really read
Inkspace is a free reading tracker and book log. Time every sitting, see your pages per hour and your pace for the year, and keep a shelf of every book you finish. There are no ads, no subscription and nothing locked.
Time every sitting
- A reading timer: start it, read, stop, and say which page you reached. Inkspace works out the rest.
- Your reading speed in pages an hour, and how long each book takes you.
- On Android, pause, resume or stop from the notification or the home-screen widget.
- Forgot to time it? Log the pages afterwards.
A shelf for every book
- Add a book in seconds: search Open Library for its cover and page count, or type it in yourself.
- Reading, to read and finished, each on its own shelf, or all of them on a bookcase, newest year on top.
- Pick the genres you like and Inkspace suggests what to read next.
Keep the pages that matter
Photograph a page, run a highlighter over the lines you want to remember, and add a note. The page stays with the book, on every device you sign in on.
Your year, measured
- Set a yearly reading goal, your own reading challenge, and see where your current pace will take you by December 31.
- Pages today, pages a day, reading streaks and charts for the last week, month and year.
- Gentle reminders at the time you usually read, if you want them.
Moving from Goodreads?
On the Goodreads website, open My Books, choose Import and export, then Export Library, and download the file. In Inkspace, go to Settings and choose Import from Goodreads. Your read, currently-reading and to-read shelves come across, with covers and page counts.
